the hotel is next to the station, but they evidently expect me to cross my legs when there’s no desk in the room, how absurd! Plus, their fast food restaurant closes at 9:30, just when a person might want a late meal. i expect better as a guest, but i couldn’t leave a good review, just couldn’t.

Would definitely recommend for a brief stopover
Comfortable room, friendly staff, and access to onsen facilities made our stay quite enjoyable, while the delicious breakfast spread featuring mainly Japanese options and the close proximity to the shinkansen station added to our overall convenience during our two-night visit.

The onsen facilities offer a relaxing outdoor area to unwind after a long day. Rooms are spacious, providing ample space to move around and relax during your stay.
The hotel is quite basic, targeting transit travelers. Nearby dining options are limited, with the area around the station becoming desolate at night. The restaurant closes at 9:30 PM, which is early for those arriving later. You might find some instant noodles available in a pinch, but that’s not dining. Expect impersonal vibes, as the ambiance lacks warmth and the halls often echo with early cleaning activity.

Perfectly located next to the Shin-Hakodate Station. Rooms are spacious and cozy, with comfy pillows. I loved the onsen. It has a great outdoor section to unwind after a busy day. The laundry facilities were a plus. Wish I could stay longer! 😊

I had a decent stay at La'Gent Plaza. The rooms were spacious and well-cleaned. It's right next to the Shin-Hakodate station, which was super convenient for getting around. Just be warned, the breakfast is pretty basic, so I’d suggest grabbing something nearby instead.

Convenient Location with Great Onsen Experience
I loved the convenient location right next to the Shin-Hakodate Hokuto Station, making it super easy to catch the bullet train. The onsen facilities were a wonderful surprise, especially the outdoor area that added a relaxing touch to my stay. The breakfast spread was decent, though I did wish there were more late-night dining options nearby.
